Students were issued paper work on Friday, that needed to be completed and returned.  If you have not sent them back yet completed, please do so by Friday.  Items to be returned include:

• Itawamba County Food Service Department (LUNCH FORMS)
• Itawamba County School District Migrant Work Survey
• Itawamba County School District School-Parent Contract
• Itawamba County School District Letter From Superintendent (BUS FORMS)
• Declaration Of Legal Residence
• ICSD Publication Permission Form
• Student Information Sheet

YOU WILL ALSO BE RECEIVING THE ICSD HANDBOOK.  IN THE BACK OF THIS HANDBOOK THERE IS A FORM YOU NEED TO SIGN AND SEND BACK.
